Until now, the dilemma in choosing a hard drive was among the ultra-heavy but capable SATA hard drives and faster and lighter but no less capacious SSD, but recently, the barrier between the two sides are holding to disappear.
This trend is confirmed by OCZ Technology, which unveiled its new SSD peak, with a range of over 400 GB space, thus giving the opportunity for many people to upgrade their laptops, without losing capacity.
Both series 2.5 inch, the Agility 2 and 2 Vertex added within their range of 400GB and 480GB models, with a guaranteed speed of reading and writing to 250MB/sec 240MB/sec.
The new discs are data available as early as today, even though prices are not, as yet, still unknown, but easily predictable, knowing that a SSD in the same range of 200 GB is currently quoted around 730 euros.
