Canon IXUS 1000 HS

Canon has decided to celebrate 10 years of its PowerShot line with a new model: Canon PowerShot HS 1000. The back-illuminated CMOS sensor combines 10 megapixel processor Digivice IV for image management. The goal is a stabilized 10x zoom covers focal lengths from 36mm to 360mm equivalent, uncommon in this segment of the compact. The Ixus 1000 HS can record 1080p HD video and has a night mode that snaps multiple photos in quick succession and incorporates them into a single image properly exposed and sharp. The blast comes to 3.7 fps at full resolution and 8.8 fps at 2.5 megapixels
