BMW has released the first images of the 6 Series Concept, prototype to anticipate the Series 6 third-generation (project code F11) that will be marketed in spring 2011. 4.82 meters long, 1.85 meters wide and 1:37 m high with a 450-liter trunk and passenger compartment 2 +2, the 6 Series Concept them faithfully follows the style introduced by BMW chief designer Adrian van Hooydonk and taken from the debut Grand Coupé: lines are soft, smooth, more stylish and elegant than the E63. It earns so clean overall, at the expense of originality.
The Bavarian interior of the coupe features 10.2 inch screen, the Bang & Olufsen audio system specific el’Head-Up Display elements will be incorporated into bridge similar in design to that proposed by the 5 Series. The BMW 6 Series Concept will be presented during the Paris Motor Show (2-17 October).
