The experiment of Research in Motion (RIM) with the Blackberry Storm an iPhone competitors to the market is so far not been very successful. The first version was quite simply a small disaster, the second version was better. But was able to establish itself properly and completely respond to new buyers, the Blackberry Storm so far. Therefore, it is not surprising that the entire series is probably set. At least in its present form. Instead, a fresh new series.
Apparently RIM takes a new approach for the pure touch-screen mobile phones and builds like a brand new device. This is an offer with its 3.7-inch display a bit more than the old Storm-series, the screen only 3.2 inches in size.
About the technical equipment, there are only a couple of gossip but appear conclusive. A 1-GHz processor is now standard, and provides some security for the future. 512 MB RAM and 8 GB internal memory are also not a bad thing. The display should have a resolution of 800 pixels. Relatively safe seems to be that the new Storm can also work as a wireless hotspot. This would mean that you can connect multiple devices via the mobile phone to the Internet.
What is certain is that RIM do with the Storm series, something must if Blackberry will move in the market for touchscreen phones at the top.
