Asus expands its portfolio again to the already endless d Eee PC series to another netbook. This time one has made the 12-inch netbooks, Asus and sometimes tries to use a processor from AMD. The AMD Athlon used here Neo K125 is a mono-core processor with 1.7 GHz and 1 MB L2 cache. The pure performance data are promising, and the AMD would not be much slower than an Intel Atom. The netbook is slightly larger display can show HD content:
The resolution of the display is 1366 x 768 pixels, so you can see films in the small HD version. However, Asus is the only HD acceleration on the principles enshrined in the CPU chip HD4250. Whether its power is sufficient to consider HD content smoothly, if still tinkers in the background as a browser, can be doubted. Thanks to the HDMI output but you can transmit signals to a FullHD TV.
The equipment of the 1215T offers no major surprises. WLAN (n-draft), Bluetooth (3.0 optional), 3 USB ports (3.0 not an option) are available and a network connector. The slightly larger keyboard will make work easier.
