TUL Corporation today released version LCS (Liquid Cooling Solution) of your video card Powercolor Radeon HD 6970. The card features the waterblock model FC-6970 Specialist Slovenian EK-WB, which can significantly reduce the operating temperature and reduce to zero the noise than the stock AMD heatsink. The waterblock is made of electrolytic copper base and top made of acrylic material and has a full-cover design to actively dissipate the GPU, video memory chips and the VRM area.
As usual, remember that this is a waterblock dedicated for use requires the presence of a liquid cooling system with external components such as pump, radiator, tank etc.. not bundled.
The LCS Powercolor HD6970 is accompanied by clock frequency out of specification. The GPU operates at 925MHz, 880MHz recommended against AMD, while the GDDR5 memory travel at 5700MHz (effective) against the canons 5500MHz.
