Stream TV eLocity A7 and A10

Stream TV Networks, at the CES 2011 in Las Vegas, has introduced a new range of tablet dedicated to multimedia and entertainment staff, called eLocity. The two devices are called eLocity A7 and A10, and you can see a preview of the video shot during the American fair. The display of the tablet eLocity A10 by 1366 x 768 pixel resolution, has a diagonal of 10 inches and is of capacitive type touch screen with multitouch support.

The device is installed in the Android operating system version 3.0 (honeycomb) which, remember, was specially developed to equip these kinds of devices. The latest news in our possession, eLocity A10 has a Dual Core processor and Nvidia’s Tegra 2 offers built-in camera with 1.3 megapixel CMOS sensor and HDMI output for connection to an external TV. In addition to a 32 GB NAND Flash storage, the device offers the usual slot for microSD cards.

The installed memory is 512 MB and has both WiFi and Bluetooth to exchange data with compatible devices. eLocity A10 proves to be a tablet versatile, able to play movies in 1080p resolution, characterized by a rather simple but elegant design. The various models to be produced by the company may differ, besides the form factor, even for the camera installed and the type of storage offered. Features like those of the model which differs substantially eLocity A7 for the form factor also in this case, 7 inches.

It has 512 MB of RAM, card reader, HDMI output, USB ports, Bluetooth, 802.11b/g/n WiFi 1.3 megapixel camera. But this solution uses the version 2.2 (Froyo) of Android. Features include the ability to be connected to a docking station to be launched later this year. The tablet system eLocity are available in pre-order from 17 January. It is not clear where the period will be actually marketed.
