Nvidia unveiled its first model in the world of wireless video adapter that allows you to connect your computer with a monitor in another room at your Wi-Fi. The card is called the Nvidia GTX 460 (1GB RAM, PCIe 2.0) and will soon be available at all major computer stores.
The card is equipped with a special receiver to be connected to the appropriate device (TV, monitor) to capture the signal from the card, issued in WHDI format. This type of signal has a ‘sufficient bandwidth to handle with confidence the’ transfer of information videos in full HD resolution at 60 Hz on a 30-meter radius, regardless of the presence of walls and barriers of ‘other. The WHDI signal can carry information HDCP 2.0 of its Blu-ray, eliminating the problem of ‘permission in the vision of wireless high-definition movies.
