Benro has announced a new series of tripods: Benro Travel Flat. As the name does mean they are models designed for those who are always on the go and wants to hold the weight and footprint of the tripod without sacrificing performance. This series features a flat profile, where they engage the legs to improve its portability.

Models are available in aluminum, with a weight of 0.9 kg to 1.4 kg, and carbon fiber, with a weight of 0.7 kg to 1 kg. When closed occupy only 40 cm in length by about 160 cm in height when open. Various models have a load capacity ranging from 6 kg to 12 kg.

The aluminum models are priced ranging from $ 107 to $ 169, while carbon from $ 286 to $ 406.
