JVC has chosen the frame of the NAB 2011 in Las Vegas to present the new ProHD GY-HMZ1 3D, with a double CMOS sensor 3.32 megapixels for video recording in three dimensions with a maximum resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels , or Full HD, designed primarily to target the needs of a professional.
Among the most important integrated features, it signaled the presence of LSI (Large-Scale Integration) for the rapid processing of moving images, the ability to choose the format for 50th shooting fast-moving sporting events or as an alternative to classic 24p, a 3.5-inch LCD touchscreen display that can display 3D images without glasses, plus the ability to take photos in 2D in three dimensions.
Always on the technical specifications, JVC ProHD GY-HMZ1 makes use of an advanced 3D engine for image stabilization, as well as a 10x optical zoom, but this is reduced to 5X when shooting in 3D.
