Kingston has introduced its new range of HyperX Plug and Play (PnP) designed for fans of high performance memory. The PnP HyperX modules are the first platform optimized for the Sandy Bridge and the second generation of Intel CPU Core i5 and i7. These memory kits are available with speeds of 1600 MHz and 1866 MHz and is optimized automatically for both desktop and notebook, in a system that uses the chipset SandyBridge, the highest speed (1600 or 1866 MHz).
The modules are programmed with settings in accordance with JEDEC standards, ensuring a frequency of 1600MHz and 1866MHz. Connecting the kit, once you turn on the machine, the system automatically recognizes the fastest memory, without having to proceed with additional BIOS settings. Users will notice significant performance improvements due to the fact that overclocking is automatic. Moreover, these kits are compatible with systems already on the DDR3 market.
