Iconia Tab A100 Acer and HTC Flyer are two of the most famous models of 7-inch tablet on the market today. The comparison of today’s protagonists is these devices and tries to highlight the strengths and deficiencies of both configuration. From a design perspective, the two tablets are quite similar but the structure of the aluminum flyer makes it more robust. Acer Iconia Tab A100 measuring 195 x 117 x 13.1 mm against 195.4 x 122 x 13.2 mm the solution proposed by HTC.

The latter, however, is devoid of flash and autofocus, and is forced to give up the scepter to the solution proposed by Acer. The battle is fought on perhaps the most important grounds of performance.
Acer Iconia Tab A100 Tegra 250 processor features a 1 GHz dual core that competes with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Single Core 1.5 GHz memory is 512 MB for the Acer tablet and 1 GB for the HTC. The A100 is Iconia Tab shows generally better performance than the above flyer facing challenging situations where the processor makes the difference. 8 GB storage is the solution for Acer and 16 or 32 GB for the HTC. However, both models have microSD slot and, therefore, this difference is not that substantial.
The networking section is similar for the two tablets and the number and type of interfaces with the difference that Acer Iconia Tab A100 also offers a connector microHDMI. For its part, the Flyer offers functionality that allows digitizer pen to take notes or make drawings on the fly. Acer Iconia Tab A100 is available at a price of $ 350 with no subscription service and HTC Flyer retails for $ 500 for 16 GB version of the contract with Spring.
