MDScan Lite turns your phone into a portable scanner for scanning in mobility, of any document.
The application does is create an image of what will be captured on camera, so useful to scan documents, business cards, presentations, etc.. Once the image is scanned, the software will start working for painting the background and to remove any distracting elements in the background (such as lines and textures) to obtain a final document, cleaner and easier to read .
After some tests with my Nokia N8 I found that you can not always focus on the scanned documents. It appears that the application does not properly use the camera’s autofocus.
